- Secure Videoconferencing (S-VTC) – We utilize commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) video equipment in conjunction with National Security Agency (NSA) endorsed KIV-7 communications, and security (COMSEC) cryptographic ignition key (CIK) material.
- All operating personnel placed on-site in a secure environment possess appropriate clearances.
Non-secure VTC - We provides solutions featuring industry-leading Polycom® and Tandberg® products — ensuring global interoperability and ease-of-use.
- Design and Installation – Our engineers perform full service project management; i.e. design, implementation plan, on-site installation, and test secure and non-secure equipment.
- Operational Session Facilitation. Each member of our on-site staff is certified in troubleshooting resolution techniques and quality-assurance technology. Session facilitation activities generally include scheduling, room preparation, systems set-up, equipment testing and resolution adjustments; live sessions include monitoring signals, operating conferencing room peripheral equipment (e.g., facsimile, printer, telephone, and image rack systems), systems tear-down, post-conference room sanitizing (in secure environments); and routine status-reports and lessons-learned feed-back for management review, planning, and process improvement.
